Minzhang Zheng

Dr. Minzhang Zheng is an Assistant Research Professor of Physics at George Washington University. He also serves as a Senior Bioinformatics Research Scientist at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. His research spans a diverse range of interdisciplinary topics, including:
1. the dynamics of complex systems,
2. functional and computational genomics, and
3. artificial intelligence applications in clinical decision support.

His current work focuses on data-driven and AI-enabled approaches to elucidate the spatial and temporal regulation of cis-regulatory elements (CREs) in the human genome and their contributions to human disease.
